SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding some holidays.) Texas Love Shop ships all packages via USPS & UPS with tracking.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety and well-being of our valued customers. Should you receive a defective product, email rma@texasloveshop.com to assist you with exchanging the defective product for the same item within 14 days of your invoice date. If the same item is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative similar item of our choosing. No merchandise credit will be issued. Should the item be returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Carefully check the item description for a warranty period (if applicable) before placing the order. Closeout or Flash Sale items, Limited Edition or Limited Quantity items cannot be exchanged or returned for ANY reason. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Once reported, you may exchange the defective item for a duplicate item.  If a duplicate is not available, a similar item of the same value will be given in exchange.  No merchandise credit can be issued.

To exchange a defective item, you'll be issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and and address to mail defective item and all packaging and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your itemized receipt and circle the listing of the product that is defective.  Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.  Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the product. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.  Customer is responsible for cost of shipping.

Carefully check the item description for a warranty period (if applicable) before placing the order. Closeout or Flash Sale items, Limited Edition or Limited Quantity items cannot be exchanged or returned for ANY reason.

CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it on www.TexasLoveShop.com if tracking information has not yet been assigned to the package. In such cases, a refund will be issued, minus the processor fees incurred by Texas Love Shop. Please note that if the order has already been assigned a tracking number or been shipped, a refund cannot be issued.

If you made a purchase at a Texas Love Shop in-home or virtual party, all sales are final. Because your hostess received a portion of your purchase total in free items, no merchandise credit can or will be issued. However, should you receive a defective product, follow the instructions above.

**Returned Orders** Should your order be returned to us due to an incomplete name, address, missing apt/unit #, non-deliverable address or any other reason, our team will notify you via email or contact phone number provided. You will be responsible for all reshipping fees. Some items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or merchandise credit will be given.
