Texas Love Shop ships orders Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). All Sales Are Final.

Buyer Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and agree to all terms listed in this policy.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

Signature Option:
For extra security, select Signature Required at checkout for an additional fee.

NOTE: Returned Packages (Unclaimed / Missed Signatures / Undeliverable):
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, missed delivery attempts, refusal, an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to obtain a required signature, no refunds will be issued. Once the original package is returned to us, we can reship it after the buyer pays the new shipping cost. Please be sure you will be available to sign for your shipment if you choose the Signature Option at checkout.

International and APO/Military Orders:
To place an order and obtain shipping cost, email orders@texasloveshop.com.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-10 business days after it is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety and well-being of our valued customers.

Defective Products:
Should you receive a defective product, email rma@texasloveshop.com to assist you with exchanging the defective product for the same item within 14 days of your invoice date. If the same item is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative similar item of our choosing. No merchandise credit will be issued.

If the item is returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to reship the item.

Once reported, you may exchange the defective item for a duplicate item. If a duplicate is not available, a similar item of the same value will be given in exchange. No merchandise credit can be issued.

Defective Item Return Instructions:

  • You will be issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and an address to mail the defective item along with all packaging and accessories that came with your product.
  • Include a copy of your itemized receipt and circle the listing of the defective product.
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Important: Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the product. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Carefully check the item description for a warranty period (if applicable) before placing the order. Closeout or Flash Sale items, Limited Edition, or Limited Quantity items cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Sensitivity / Irritation Notice:
Some materials or ingredients may cause irritation or sensitivity for certain individuals. We recommend testing products on a small area before full use and discontinuing use if discomfort occurs. Please reference ingredients on listing.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout.

If you made a purchase at a Texas Love Shop in-home or virtual party, all sales are final. Because your hostess received a portion of your purchase total in free items, no merchandise credit can or will be issued. However, should you receive a defective product, follow the instructions above.

International Orders:
Texas Love Shop is not responsible for products confiscated by customs in destination countries or any tariffs, duties, or fees required for you to receive your package.

Returned Orders:
Should your order be returned to us due to an incomplete name, address, missing apt/unit #, non-deliverable address, or any other reason, our team will notify you via email or the contact phone number provided. You will be responsible for all reshipping fees. Some items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or merchandise credit will be given.
