Step 1: Clean Before Use Wash all balls thoroughly with warm water and a toy-safe cleaner before your first use and before every session after that.
Step 2: Choose Your Starting Weight Begin with the lightest ball (Light Purple — 0.6 oz). As your pelvic floor strengthens, progress to heavier balls or use two at a time for increased resistance.
Step 3: Apply Lubricant Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the ball for comfortable insertion. Never use silicone-based lubricant with this kit.
Step 4: Insert Find a comfortable position — lying down or with one leg raised works well for beginners. Gently insert the ball, leaving the retrieval cord outside your body at all times.
Step 5: Engage Your Muscles Once inserted, stand up and go about your day. Your pelvic floor muscles will naturally contract around the ball. For active training, perform kegel contractions — squeeze, hold for 5 seconds, release, repeat.
Step 6: Start Slow & Progress Begin with 15–20 minute sessions. As your strength builds, increase session length up to 1–2 hours. Follow the included guide book for a full progressive training schedule.
Step 7: Remove Safely To remove, relax your muscles completely, bear down gently, and pull the retrieval cord slowly and evenly. Never force removal.
Step 8: Clean After Use Wash all used balls immediately after each session and store in one of our toy totes.
